The house was built by Architect Arturo Dubourg in 1950. The view of the outside façade, in the purest Victorian style, contrasts against its indoor ambience, combining natural colors and textures in a furniture design with reminiscences of the luxury of the 1950’s. Peace, comfort and exclusiveness are the feelings that best describe the character of the hotel’s inside atmosphere. Its 14 rooms and 2 suites will be unique in terms of their floor structure, furniture, layout and design. The restaurant, of warm style and ambience, will be located on the ground floor of the hotel and will welcome both hotel guests and the general public. The hotel will offer intercontinental cuisine with a Mediterranean touch, in a comfortable and exclusive atmosphere. The Wine Bar will be a versatile and dynamic space where guests may order coffee, tea in the afternoon, or a glass of wine served with delicious petit fours prepared by the Chef.
